Luis Morales
General Manager, ViiV Healthcare
Luis Morales was appointed to the role of General Manager for ViiV Healthcare Canada in October 2025. Luis has been with GSK/ViiV since 2018 and brings a wealth of commercial leadership from his experience across a diverse set of roles at GSK/ViiV, Johnson & Johnson, and other organizations.
In his most recent role, Luis served as Senior Global Marketing Director at ViiV, where he led global launch strategies, guided the team through a major competitive launch, and advanced the development of a future pipeline product in order to position ViiV’s prevention portfolio for long-term success. Prior to this he held various leadership roles across the GSK Vaccines portfolio in the US.
Luis currently sits on the Canadian Country Executive Board representing ViiV Healthcare and is a member of the Europe and International Region Leadership Team. Luis was born in Mexico City, grew up and lived in various places across the east coast of the US and graduated from Cornell University. Known for fostering an inclusive and empowering work environment, Luis is excited and grateful for the opportunity to lead the great team in Canada and further advance ViiV’s global mission of leaving no person living with HIV behind.
