Voluntary disclosure of payments to healthcare professionals in 2019

GSK has long been committed to building greater transparency about its operations. Since 2017, we have been among ten leading pharmaceutical companies in Canada that have voluntarily disclosed aggregate payments to HCPs and HCOs on our respective websites.

Starting this year and onwards, we will be disclosing individual level payments made annually to HCPs for the provision of services such as speaking at events or attending advisory boards. We believe such transparency enhances trust in our healthcare system.

As a result of the pandemic, we have decided to defer our 2019 disclosure to September. Payments will be posted on our corporate website at www.gsk.ca. Note that we are no longer publishing aggregated amounts as we have in previous years.
